Adobe PDF Question

I am trying to convert these 5 PDF files into a Single PDF, but it will only allow me to do a PDF Package because I don’t have the password required to remove the security settings. The 2 files that are password protected where digitally signed using a service called Authentisign (kind of like DocuSign).

Any ideas how I can create just 1 single PDF and not a package?
